I have over 15 years experience in Quality Assurance, Technical and food safety management in both manufacturing and retail. Whilst most of DG Technical Services' expertise lies in the chilled food sector, experience has also been gained in fresh produce, raw and cooked meat, food storage and distribution and with High Street retailers.

• Member of The Society of Food Hygiene & Technology

• Postgraduate Certificate in HACCP

• Advanced Food Hygiene Certificate
